The United States has gone after for decades to improve relations with the nations that don’t practice majority rules system. History shows differences between the United States and despots of these flippant nations, contradictions that carried the world to the edge of atomic war. The latest of these encounters included three nations. US of America, Cuba and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR). Fidel Castro is a Cuban progressive, who assumed responsibility for Cuba in 1959 furthermore, settled a Communist tyranny.
